Job Summary

Implementation Consultant, responsible for architecting, designing, and building solutions on the HighQ platform, onboarding and training clients, and managing multiple client accounts in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement solutions based on client requirements and goals
• Onboard and train clients while providing best practice consulting services
• Collaborate with key teams to deliver comprehensive solutions and support business initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of implementation experience
• Legal Software product knowledge (preferred)
• Experience in a corporate legal department or law firm (preferred)
• Technical affinity for software and data analytics
• Strong business and financial understanding
