Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting successful client onboarding and implementation, the remote Implementation Consultant will configure systems, deliver training, and drive product adoption while managing multiple customer implementations simultaneously.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and provision customer accounts during implementation and deliver consultative product training
• Guide customers through platform functionality, best practices, and support integration with third-party systems
• Monitor customer health, escalate risks, and develop customer success plans with defined goals and metrics

Required qualifications

• Experience in implementation, onboarding, training, or customer-facing roles
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Problem-solving mindset with technical troubleshooting abilities
• Experience working with software platforms or SaaS products
