Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

Managing the deployment of IoT solutions for Mid-Market customers, the remote Implementation Consultant will ensure successful adoption and value realization from the technology while collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the deployment of Samsara technology, enabling customers to achieve quick time to value
• Create launch plans and track implementation progress, product adoption, and account health
• Run training sessions and provide support to customers, ensuring a successful relationship and effective use of the platform

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role, preferably in Mid-Market SaaS
• Experience supporting or working with technical products and end-to-end system implementations
• Proven track record of building trust and effectively communicating with diverse stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution
• Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence in demanding environments
