Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing Enterprise Intelligence offering, the remote Implementation Consultant will manage a high volume of client implementations, collaborating with technical teams and internal stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of the product.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute detailed project plans aligned with client goals and expectations
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary resources for successful implementation
• Create and maintain comprehensive playbooks and training programs to guide future implementations

Required qualifications:

• At least 4+ years of experience in implementation management, customer-facing project management, or enterprise customer success
• Strong project management skills with experience in large-scale rollouts
• Ability to analyze and leverage data for informed decision-making
• Experience with tools such as Intercom, Salesforce, JIRA, Tableau, or Catalyst
• Proven track record of developing effective, repeatable, and scalable processes
