Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

Managing the onboarding and rollout of solutions for enterprise clients, the remote Implementation Consultant will oversee deployment phases, develop project plans, and ensure successful transitions while focusing on large deployments and scalable processes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the deployment phase by developing detailed project plans and defining critical milestones
• Serve as the main point of contact for deployment activities, leading project status meetings and aligning resources
• Analyze implementation trends and develop best practices to improve deployment methodologies and onboarding experiences

Required qualifications

• At least 4+ years of experience as a client-facing Implementation Consultant or Professional Services Consultant in a B2B SaaS environment
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Linear, Jira, Asana) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables and complex formulas
• Strong understanding of change management best practices for successful client transitions
• Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and drive organizational change through scalable processes
