Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Implementation Consultant will support SMB and enterprise-level software implementations across Trakstar Perform, Learn, and Hire, consulting with clients to translate business needs into functional solutions while leading technical architecture and managing data validation.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients during the implementation phase to align their business needs with platform functionalities
• Lead technical solution architecture for mid-sized and enterprise accounts while managing data validation and organization
• Create and update internal documentation and assist in training new team members on best practices and procedures

Required qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience implementing software within a professional services organization
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, JIRA/Confluence, and Salesforce
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Project management experience
• College diploma
