Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

To support the successful deployment of Amper, a remote Implementation Consultant will manage customer onboarding from kickoff through go-live, ensuring effective configuration and installation while serving as a trusted advisor in manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own customer implementations from post-sale kickoff through successful go-live, ensuring timely project delivery and alignment with customer expectations
• Serve as the primary implementation lead during onboarding, installation, configuration, and early adoption, advising on hardware placement and machine connectivity
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders to troubleshoot technical and operational challenges, ensuring successful deployment and user training

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in customer-facing implementation, solutions consulting, or a similar role within manufacturing environments
• Strong understanding of shop floor operations, industrial equipment, and manufacturing processes
• Engineering background preferred, such as manufacturing, industrial, mechanical, or electrical engineering
• Proven project management skills with experience leading complex implementations involving multiple stakeholders
• Technical aptitude with software systems, system configuration, and troubleshooting in manufacturing contexts
