Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

Leading complex client implementations, the full-time remote Implementation Consultant will design and configure tailored solutions for Bonterra's Case Management product suite and Fundraising Solutions, ensuring client satisfaction while managing project budgets and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain deep expertise in the Case Management product suite and/or Fundraising Solutions to design custom implementations
• Conduct thorough discovery sessions to understand client needs, goals, and existing systems for effective solution design
• Lead technical demonstrations and collaborative working sessions, fostering client learning and confidence in their solutions

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in software implementation or consulting
• Proven ability to document requirements, design solutions, and estimate timelines accurately
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to gain trust and influence quickly
• Experience with data migration projects, including planning and validation
• Proficiency in Salesforce and project management tools like Monday.com
