Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Implementation Consultant will architect, design, and build solutions on the HighQ platform, ensuring client onboarding and training while managing multiple client accounts and delivering high-quality customer service.
Key responsibilities:
- Architect and implement solutions based on client use cases and project requirements
- Onboard and train clients, providing guidance on how services and solutions meet their goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions and support business-critical initiatives
Required qualifications:
- 1-2 years of implementation experience in SaaS or Enterprise Solutions
- Knowledge of Legal Software products is preferred
- Experience in a corporate legal department or law firm is preferred
- Strong technical affinity for software and data analytics
- Proven track record of customer satisfaction and consultative problem-solving skills
