Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

To ensure customers achieve long-term success with the Tropic platform, the full-time remote Implementation Consultant will manage project planning and execution for new clients, provide consultative guidance on software purchasing workflows, and lead sessions to identify and address customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Own project planning and implementation for new customers, ensuring swift time-to-value
• Lead discovery and process mapping sessions to establish best practices in procurement
• Create training materials and conduct sessions to drive customer adoption of the Tropic platform

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in business consulting, business transformation, or SaaS implementation
• Strong project management skills with a track record of managing multiple implementations
• Experience deploying software solutions focused on time-to-value adoption and revenue retention
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives
• Familiarity with procurement as a business function is a plus
