Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

To support customer success initiatives, the remote Implementation Consultant will manage onboarding and implementation projects, configure solutions for clients, and drive product adoption while collaborating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead post-sales onboarding and implementation of Documo products, ensuring customer requirements are met
• Provide guidance on best practices and monitor adoption metrics to enhance customer engagement
• Communicate project status and serve as a technical point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical consulting or implementation of SaaS products
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Experience with onboarding and configuration of complex software solutions
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of API integrations and customer-focused problem-solving skills
