Job Summary

Guiding customers through their implementation journey, the remote Implementation Consultant will focus on Routeware Elements software, performing data analysis, system configurations, and delivering operational routes while ensuring high-quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients to tailor solutions for current and future business needs
• Complete system configurations to meet specific business requirements
• Analyze data and provide ongoing reports, identifying trends and opportunities for process improvement

Required qualifications

• 3 years of experience as an Implementation Consultant or Business Data Analyst
• Strong analytical skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel
• BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and interpersonal skills
• Adept at data queries, report writing, and delivering presentations
