Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

To bridge the gap between visionary pre-sales solutions and executable project plans, the full-time remote Implementation Consultant will manage implementation projects for clients, lead workshops to capture business requirements, and advise on best practices for platform adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Own implementation projects for new and existing customers, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction
• Lead scoping workshops to capture business requirements, marketing workflows, and technical dependencies
• Coordinate with internal teams and advise on migration strategies for seamless integration

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of SaaS implementation experience
• Strong understanding of the Martech realm
• Proven ability to lead stakeholder engagement and solution workshops
• Knowledge of data migration and systems integration concepts
• Proficiency with project management tools such as monday.com, JIRA, and Confluence
