Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Implementation Consultant will manage pre-implementation data gathering and validation for clients, acting as the primary contact throughout the process and ensuring all milestones are met before handover to implementation teams.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate the EDI pre-implementation process by coordinating activities with clients, trading partners, and internal teams
- Gather, review, and validate required data to ensure completeness and accuracy prior to handover
- Provide timely project status updates and maintain accurate records of data and intake activities
Required qualifications
- BA, MBA, or certification in IT, Accounting, or related field with 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and maintain organization in a busy environment
- Strong aptitude for gathering and validating customer requirements accurately
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor in customer interactions
