Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Implementation Consultant will facilitate software implementations and customer training, serving as a trusted advisor while ensuring an exceptional customer experience through effective solutions delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Implement ECI software solutions by understanding customer business processes and delivering tailored consulting services
• Lead sessions to identify business initiatives, perform gap analysis, and document reporting requirements
• Manage implementation activities to align with project scope and budget, ensuring timely and accurate project administration

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Accounting, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or equivalent preferred
• 1 - 3 years of software implementation or consultation experience, preferably in the Lumber Building Material Industry
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and common business practices in manufacturing, distribution, retail, operations, and finance
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to users with varying levels of technical expertise
• Basic proficiency in configuring and managing various Windows printer connection types
