Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

Leading the entire implementation journey for B2B clients, the remote Implementation Consultant will manage complex projects from kickoff to Go-Live, ensuring a seamless client experience while driving user adoption and optimizing procurement and financial processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects, serving as the primary contact for clients throughout the process
• Conduct discovery sessions to translate business requirements into customized product workflows
• Manage timelines and deliverables, guiding clients through data mapping and migration processes

Required qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in B2B SaaS Implementation, Project Management, or Customer Success
• Proven ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience with configuring complex B2B SaaS products or similar business systems
