Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

As a self-driven and organized professional, the full-time Implementation Consultant will focus on seamless onboarding, upgrades, and ongoing configuration support for automotive dealerships while collaborating with internal teams to enhance deployment efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide automotive dealership customers through the setup of service scheduling, digital check-in, and vehicle inspection tools tailored to their business needs
• Lead discovery sessions to understand dealership workflows and existing technology, ensuring readiness for implementation
• Test and demonstrate the configured solutions with customers before training, ensuring a smooth service experience

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in software implementation, deployment, or customer onboarding
• Experience in automotive, SaaS, or technology-enabled service environments
• Strong skills in translating business needs into system requirements
• Self-directed and organized, capable of managing multiple customer implementations
• Familiarity with business tools such as Salesforce and Google Workspace
