Implementation Consultant
Job Summary
Leading end-to-end SaaS implementations, the full-time remote Implementation Consultant will partner with clients to gather requirements, configure software solutions, and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of the technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather client requirements and analyze current business processes to recommend optimal software solutions
- Lead the implementation and configuration of software systems, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery
- Collaborate with project managers to monitor project progress and maintain effective communication with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience, or 5-7 years in lieu of a degree
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong technical acumen and understanding of software development practices
- Demonstrated experience in software implementation or delivery roles
- Ability to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours
