Implementation Consultant
Job Summary
To support customer success, the remote Implementation Consultant will lead software implementation projects, conduct needs assessments, and provide ongoing consulting for clients utilizing ECI Software Solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for new customers, guiding them through the implementation process and ensuring alignment with business initiatives
- Conduct sessions to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and develop data reporting and analytics strategies
- Manage software implementation tasks, including system configuration, testing, and post-go-live support while ensuring project timelines and budgets are met
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in software implementation or consultation
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and industry business practices in manufacturing, operations, distribution, and finance
- Ability to present technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
- Preferred: Master's Degree in a relevant field or HB degree in technical business administration
