Job Summary

As a full-time Implementation Consultant focused on Audit, the successful candidate will provide seamless onboarding experiences for new customers, ensuring quick value realization while working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build trust with customers by maintaining regular engagement throughout the implementation process
• Create and adapt onboarding plans that align with customer goals and track their progress
• Advocate for customer needs by communicating effectively with internal teams to shape product and onboarding strategies

Required qualifications

• At least 2+ years of experience leading financial statement audits or 3+ years in technology consulting or customer onboarding
• Proven project management proficiency with the ability to manage multiple projects with minimal oversight
• Demonstrated executive presence and effective communication skills with customers and internal teams
• Strong consulting skills with a track record of driving business value for customers
• Ability to take ownership of projects from start to finish with a bias towards action
