Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

Overseeing the deployment and implementation of the Entri Product Suite, the full-time remote Implementation Consultant I will engage with clients and internal teams to design, build, and implement patient and user experience solutions while creating educational materials and ensuring stakeholder accountability.

Key responsibilities

• Manages on-time delivery of application database builds and communicates effectively with all stakeholders
• Consults with clients to define data needs for application builds based on contract scope and client requirements
• Leads database validation and conducts testing to ensure readiness for successful go-lives

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Healthcare or Technology
• Understanding of HIPAA and the importance of patient data privacy
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Ability to deliver training and collaborate with stakeholders on educational materials
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
