Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

To support successful software implementations, the remote Implementation Consultant will leverage their expertise to guide customers through the implementation process, facilitate training, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer sessions to identify business initiatives, conduct gap analysis, and gather reporting requirements
• Implement software solutions while adhering to project timelines, budgets, and scope, following established methodologies
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing potential issues and ensuring alignment with project expectations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Accounting, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in software implementation or consultation, preferably in the Lumber Building Material Industry
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and common business practices in manufacturing, distribution, and finance
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to users with varying technical expertise
• Fundamental technical networking knowledge for troubleshooting and basic Windows printer configuration
