Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

To support the Paymode Payment Portal Team, the full-time Implementation Consultant will manage project delivery throughout the entire lifecycle, create project plans, and coordinate client interactions while working in a hybrid environment with two days a month in Portsmouth, NH.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project delivery from initiation to implementation, ensuring milestones are met
• Create and maintain comprehensive project plans that adhere to scope, budget, and quality criteria
• Act as a central point of contact for clients, analyzing requirements and implementing solutions while documenting processes for handover to the Support Team

Required qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in a project role within Payments, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or FinTech software environments
• Proficiency with MS Suite, including Excel and MS Project
• Solid project and change management skills, such as Prince2 or Six Sigma
• Experience in customer focus and stakeholder management, with the ability to build relationships at senior levels
• Strong commercial awareness to maximize revenue and profitability for the business
