Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

To ensure a smooth implementation process for new clients, the remote Implementation Consultant will guide clients through onboarding, manage project timelines, and collaborate with internal teams while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Consult and guide assigned new clients through the implementation process, ensuring all needs are met
• Proactively create and drive project timelines, holding teams accountable for deliverables
• Maintain positive working relationships with clients and internal departments to promote quality service

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in client service, implementation, or similar roles
• Experience in payroll or HR with knowledge of FLSA and multi-state payrolls preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills
• PEO experience and CPP Certification preferred
