Implementation Consultant
Job Summary
Managing multiple fast-paced implementations of Instructure products, the full-time remote Implementation Consultant will leverage strong project management skills and technical knowledge to ensure successful customer experiences across Canada.
Key responsibilities
- Manage implementation projects of standard complexity and maintain detailed project plans
- Assume the role of a trusted advisor, guiding customers through technical requirements for integrations
- Collaborate with internal teams to create XML document overlays and manage customer expectations
Required qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, technical support, or customer success
- Bachelor's degree in any field or 5+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Canadian French
- Understanding of SaaS and APIs
- Experience in the LMS industry or educational technology environment
