Implementation Consultant
Job Summary
To support a growing Customer Success team, the remote Implementation Consultant will configure software solutions, manage multiple client implementations, and collaborate with various teams while developing technical expertise in ProcessUnity's platform.
Key responsibilities:
- Configure ProcessUnity's software applications for customers using an enablement approach
- Lead and coordinate multiple customer implementations simultaneously
- Gather customer requirements and translate them into ProcessUnity's capabilities
Required qualifications:
- BS/BA degree in a computer-related discipline or equivalent experience; MBA/MS is a plus
- 5+ years of professional experience in client-facing roles, preferably in software implementation/information technology
- Technical knowledge of fundamental database concepts and relational data
- Competency with data manipulation, spreadsheets, and formula writing
- Experience with Salesforce administration is a plus
