Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

To support Mid-Market customers in deploying and adopting IoT solutions, the full-time remote Implementation Consultant will manage customer relationships, oversee technology deployment, and ensure successful product adoption while collaborating cross-functionally within the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the deployment of Samsara technology to Mid-Market customers, ensuring quick time to value
• Create launch plans and track implementation progress, product adoption, and account health
• Run training sessions and demonstrate technology to executives and end-users across various industries

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role, preferably in Mid-Market SaaS
• Experience supporting or working with technical products and end-to-end system implementations
• Proven track record of building trust and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution
• Strong priority management skills and high emotional intelligence
