Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

As a remote full-time Implementation Consultant, the successful candidate will guide clients through the transition to the CRM platform, managing system configuration, data migration, and training to ensure seamless implementations and long-term success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation process, managing timelines, deliverables, and customer communication
• Configure the platform to align with client workflows and manage data integrations with third-party tech stacks
• Deliver admin-level training sessions and create implementation documentation to support ongoing management of the system

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, technical account management, or consulting, preferably with CRM platforms
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems such as Follow Up Boss, Salesforce, or similar tools
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent client projects
• Comfort with technical concepts including APIs, data imports/exports, and data mapping
• Customer-first mindset with strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical users
