Implementation Consultant
Job Summary
Working remotely on a temporary basis, the Implementation Consultant will install, configure, and optimize anti-fraud and case management solutions for major US banks while documenting processes and providing technical training.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and configure client applications, including conducting technical training and writing documentation
- Manage Tomcat configurations, troubleshoot issues, and perform bug fixes
- Create workflows, reporting, and ETL processes while collaborating with the project team and communicating with client support staff
Required qualifications
- Experience with Enterprise Java deployments in Tomcat and cloud environments
- Proficiency in MS SQL Server and writing relational database queries
- Familiarity with Java programming frameworks such as Spring and Angular
- Ability to manipulate data using SQL for migration and troubleshooting
- Strong technical and design documentation skills
