Implementation Consultant
Job Summary
To support major U.S. banking clients, the remote Implementation Consultant will implement, configure, and optimize anti-fraud, AML-CTR, and Case Management applications while providing technical training and documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Implement, install, and configure company applications, including anti-fraud and case management systems
- Develop and troubleshoot Workflow, Reporting, and ETL processes, ensuring efficient operation
- Provide technical training and create comprehensive documentation for application installation and maintenance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred
- Experience with WKFS Anti-Fraud, AML-CTR, and Case Management implementations
- Proficiency in Enterprise Java (JEE) and Apache Tomcat
- Strong skills in Microsoft SQL Server, including SQL query optimization and data migration
- Experience in cloud application deployments and ETL process development
