Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant, this full-time role focuses on optimizing Dayforce Flex Work for clients by leading discovery sessions, configuring systems, and analyzing data to enhance contingent workforce management, with remote work flexibility.
Key responsibilities
- Lead client-facing discovery sessions to gather requirements and translate them into detailed system specifications
- Analyze and improve processes within the contingent workforce lifecycle, from requisition to offboarding
- Configure and maintain the Dayforce Flex Work platform to align with business needs and support data-driven decision-making
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience with SaaS enterprise software in a support, implementation, or consulting capacity
- Demonstrated experience working with SMB and large enterprise clients
- Understanding of open API integration frameworks
- Ability to thrive in a nimble and Agile organization
- Experience managing incoming case queues and resolving client inquiries
