Implementation Consultant
Job Summary
Leading onboarding projects for new accounts, the full-time remote Implementation Consultant will deliver professional services training, guide clients through discovery, and ensure successful platform adoption while managing project timelines and client expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Own and deliver end-to-end client onboarding projects, managing scope, timelines, and client expectations
- Identify client requirements and recommend best-practice software configurations to align with business goals
- Train clients to adopt platform(s) confidently through engaging instruction and workflow recommendations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, client onboarding, or professional services
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent software implementation projects
- Experience with Association Management Software (AMS) or similar platforms is preferred
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize competing initiatives
