Guiding new customers through the setup and adoption of a CRM platform, the freelance Implementation Consultant will manage onboarding projects, configuration, data migration, and administrator training in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Own customer onboarding projects from kickoff through administrator training, managing timelines and deliverables
- Configure and customize the CRM platform based on client workflows and team structures

Required qualifications
