Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

Leading onboarding projects for new clients, the full-time remote Implementation Consultant will manage end-to-end implementations, configure software solutions to meet client needs, and guide client teams to maximize platform utilization.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding projects, managing scope, timelines, and client expectations
• Configure application settings and workflows based on client requirements and validate data accuracy
• Act as the primary point of guidance for clients, sharing best practices and ensuring a smooth go-live experience

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in SaaS implementation, technical consulting, or software delivery
• Proven track record managing multiple concurrent implementation projects
• Experience with Association Management Software (AMS) or Learning Management Software (LMS) preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, a technical field, or equivalent practical experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or Trello
