Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

To support the deployment of the Entri Product Suite, the full-time Implementation Consultant I will engage with clients and internal teams to design, build, and implement patient and user experience solutions while creating educational materials and ensuring accountability among stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manages on-time delivery of application database builds and communicates effectively with all stakeholders
• Consults with clients to define data requirements and ensures project alignment with contract scope, timeline, and budget
• Leads database validation and conducts testing to prepare for successful go-lives while identifying opportunities for operational efficiencies

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare or technology
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient data privacy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Experience in delivering training and creating educational materials for end users
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure
