Implementation Consultant - Finance

Job Summary

Partnering with customers to implement COINS, the remote full-time Implementation Consultant - Finance will manage requirements gathering, business process mapping, and solution delivery while ensuring exceptional customer experiences through training and support.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and deliver customer workshops across various COINS ERP modules, including Cash Book and General Ledger
• Gather customer requirements and map business processes to configure tailored solutions
• Deliver training on software and business processes through workshops and webinars, while managing multiple implementation activities

Required qualifications

• Strong understanding of ERP systems, including configuration, testing, and deployment
• Experience in cost accounting and financial statement interpretation
• Ability to manage project issues effectively and balance multiple priorities
• Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Residency within the Eastern or Central time zones for effective collaboration
