Key responsibilities
- Architect complex technical setups and design scalable configurations for multi-site operations
- Lead high-stakes, multi-location rollouts from design through go-live
- Independently manage intricate franchisee and corporate relationships while mitigating brand-level risks
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in POS, technology, or SaaS
- Demonstrated experience implementing complex hardware and software at scale
- Advanced understanding of Enterprise configurations and third-party integrations
- Proven ability to drive cross-team escalations to resolution
- Strong project management skills with the ability to complete complex, multi-phased rollouts independently
