Implementation Consultant, Scheduling

Job Summary

Owning the configuration and deployment of the Scheduling module, the full-time remote Implementation Consultant, Scheduling will manage customer enablement, ensuring accurate translation of staffing policies into maintainable software configurations while validating setups against real agency scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure the Scheduling module to align with agency staffing policies and validate configurations prior to go-live
• Lead requirements-gathering sessions and document configuration plans based on agency practices and contractual rules
• Collaborate with the Implementation Manager to track project milestones and serve as the subject matter expert for Scheduling

Required Qualifications:

• Three or more years of customer-facing implementation or configuration experience in a SaaS environment or public safety scheduling systems
• Strong knowledge of public safety staffing rules and operational scheduling practices
• Experience translating policy or contractual requirements into software configurations
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent customer projects effectively
• Familiarity with Rocketlane or comparable professional services delivery platforms
