Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the Change Management process and maintain accurate records of changes and their impacts
  • Lead CAB meetings to review and approve change requests, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Coordinate the implementation of Managed Services projects and initiatives, including contract implementation meetings
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • 5 to 8 years experience in a service-oriented organization preferred
  • PMP or CMP certification preferred
  • ITIL Foundations Certification preferred, may be required within the first year if not already obtained
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow and ITIL Change Management processes is a plus
