Implementation Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Coordinator (Eastern or Central US Time Zone).

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend final sales calls to capture key implementation details and expectations
• Document and relay implementation information to internal stakeholders
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the post-sale, pre-implementation phase

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles such as Sales Support, Customer Success, or Implementation Coordination
• Proficient in CSP systems (e.g., ChurnZero, Gainsight, Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and timelines simultaneously
• Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to evolving client needs
• Self-motivated with a strong track record of achievement
