Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Implementation Manager with client implementations and coordinate tasks for renewals or changes
- Identify client requirements and plan operational tasks with cross-functional teams
- Mitigate client and internal risks by understanding downstream impacts and facilitating operational procedures
Required Qualifications
- 2 - 3 years of experience in healthcare benefits and/or administration
- College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience facilitating internal meetings and managing project deadlines
- Ability to travel as required for this position (10%)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
