Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Implementation Manager with client implementations and coordinate tasks for renewals or changes
  • Identify client requirements and plan operational tasks with cross-functional teams
  • Mitigate client and internal risks by understanding downstream impacts and facilitating operational procedures
Required Qualifications
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in healthcare benefits and/or administration
  • College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience facilitating internal meetings and managing project deadlines
  • Ability to travel as required for this position (10%)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
