Job Summary

To support client onboarding and application adoption, the full-time Implementation Coordinator will manage customer-facing project services, coordinate with various teams, and ensure a smooth implementation process remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage customer-facing project services and ensure adherence to project timelines
  • Coordinate onboarding processes with Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Solutions for multiple clients
  • Communicate project status and milestones effectively to clients while engaging with Engineering to resolve implementation issues
Required qualifications
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • 1-2 years of client-facing experience preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a high growth or SaaS company
  • Project management experience preferred
