Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Coordinator in the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

Familiarize with member's website goals and tailor onboarding experience
Guide members through design choices and coordinate website components
Manage accounts through to timely launch and document conversations

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of three years customer-facing experience in SaaS business
Expertise in tracking and managing multiple fast-moving projects
Ability to communicate effectively with non-tech-savvy customers
Experience with CRM software, specifically Salesforce
Meticulousness in documentation
