Implementation Database Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Implementation Database Analyst will manage customer data migration, configure SQL High Availability, and oversee database operations while ensuring successful implementation of HL7 - ADT patient feeds.
Key responsibilities
- Configure SQL/Oracle products and assist in resolving database issues
- Migrate and load customer data into the Spok schema during implementations or upgrades
- Collaborate with customers to troubleshoot database issues and explain database functionality
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience (2-4 years)
- 3+ years of SQL experience; Oracle experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of T-SQL and PL/SQL
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server/Oracle databases and database design principles
- Willingness to work outside normal hours, including early mornings and weekends
