Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Delivery Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Manage implementation project support including kick-off meetings, requirements discussions, and status updates
Perform system analysis, configuration, and integration testing while leading collaboration with other resources
Act as a mentor for the Channel Partner team and resolve client inquiries regarding system and process issues

Required Qualifications

4-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in account management
Strong analytical skills with the ability to effectively use data for strategy
Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables
Experience in benefits administration system technology, payroll, HRIS, or related software
