Implementation Delivery Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Delivery Lead - Channel Partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage implementation kick-off meetings, requirements discussions, and status meetings with clients
• Perform analysis, configure systems, and lead teams to meet client deliverables
• Act as a coach and mentor for team members while resolving client inquiries and testing system enhancements

Required Qualifications

• 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years' experience in account management
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables
• Experience in benefits administration system technology, payroll, HRIS, or related software
• Ability to operate and make timely decisions in a fast-paced work environment
