Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Delivery Lead - CP Managed Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage implementation project timelines, client meetings, and system configuration
• Analyze client requirements and perform system testing to ensure accuracy
• Act as a mentor for the Channel Partner team and resolve client inquiries

Required Qualifications

• 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in account management
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables
• Experience in benefits administration system technology, payroll, HRIS, or related software
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous work environment
