Implementation Delivery Lead

Job Summary

To support the implementation of Channel Partner clients, the remote Implementation Delivery Lead will manage project timelines, configure systems based on client requirements, and act as a mentor to the Channel Partner team while ensuring client satisfaction and effective communication.

Key responsibilities

• Manage implementation kick-off meetings, requirements discussions, and status updates with clients
• Analyze and configure systems as needed, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the implementation process
• Act as a coach and mentor for the Channel Partner team, resolving client inquiries and consulting on best practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in account management
• Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables
• Experience with benefits administration system technology or related software
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data for strategic decision-making
