Implementation Delivery Lead

Job Summary

To support a growing SaaS company, the full-time remote Implementation Delivery Lead will manage onboarding and implementation processes for a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely go-live and sustained client engagement while collaborating with Solution Engineers.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead onboarding and implementation calls, maintaining accountability for outcomes and client satisfaction
• Drive timelines for key milestones such as go-live, lead setup, and appointment bookings
• Coordinate deployment and integration work with the Solution Engineering team, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of customer-facing implementation experience in a SaaS environment
• Strong presence and ability to build trust with real estate team leaders and agents
• Fluency in AI technologies, particularly LLM-based or agentic products
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and timelines effectively
• Knowledge of real estate operations, including team dynamics, brokerage functions, and listing processes
