Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of implementation resources to ensure high-quality delivery of complex implementations
• Oversee end-to-end execution of multi-product implementations and manage resource assignments
• Drive operational excellence by establishing KPIs, identifying process gaps, and leading transformation initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience in implementation or client delivery environments
• Strong understanding of group benefits products and multi-product implementation complexity
• Proven experience in matrixed, cross-functional environments
• Track record of driving operational excellence and scalable process improvements
• Undergraduate degree preferred; 5+ years of progressive leadership experience preferred
